Our strategic partnerships with local businesses, academic institutions and transport providers as well as over 1,700 members of our world-leading Glasgow Conference Ambassador Programme, mean the whole city will work with you to ensure your conference is a success.

We offer free support for agencies to simplify the process of organising a successful meeting in our city. This includes everything from venue and accommodation booking services, delegate and travel discounts to welcome signage, site visit support and marketing collateral to boost delegate attendance.

Should you wish to do something a little different, we can also support you in developing public engagement and CSR activities, help organise green meetings that fit with your clients’ sustainability goals and work with you on developing ideas which will create engaging, innovative events.
