THE J TEAM Co. Ltd

More information

Company Bio:

THE J TEAM is Japan’s original specialist Destination & Event Management Company. We are winners of multiple industry awards. We pride ourselves on our integrity, drive, delivery and customer service. And, some say, we are incredible fun to work with.

We offer traditional destination management services of transportation, accommodation, guiding, and the like; our experience to date covers the management and execution of conference, business meeting, gala dinner, CSR project, sports event and combination thereof.

But more than this, our insistence on the ‘Destination & Event Management Company’ is born of our belief that every journey is an event for the person making it. And that every travelling group, be it of 9 or 900, is a group of individuals, each bringing their own personal expectations and taking home their own unique memories. This underlies not only the attention we pay to the details, large and small, of each project, but our desire to continually push back the thresholds of possibility in the activities and attractions we offer, as we attempt to make each guest’s experience of Japan something they will treasure for life.

So, if you’re considering the plethora that is Japan as the venue for an Incentive Tour, a Meeting, a Conference, a Special Interest Tour, or Bespoke Travel Arrangements, we believe that we may have something special to contribute to making your project unique and memorable, so would be delighted to learn more about your plans.

Japan for professionals by professionals.

Speaker Bio: Karina Nagano

Karina is the newest member of The J Team’s sales Team, having honed her skills as project coordinator since 2015. She hails from the beefy Japanese city of Matsuzaka, south of Nagoya. The proximity of some of Japan’s most sought-after steak may explain Karina becoming a self-confessed foodie, but that could equally result from her formative years in Hong Kong, a city she still considers home. A spell at Exeter University produced a degree in Sociology and an appreciation for beer, both the result of diligent hours in the Uni Library! A happy wanderer who has already clocked up more countries than years on earth, Karina is the proud owner of a PADI License, proving either that she can dive, or that she can tell draught Guinness from its bottled counterpart in a sip!
